Images From El Malpais National Monument

Here are some photos and a video from our drive through El Malpais National Monument this afternoon, which included La Ventana Natural Arch. Our little camera cannot do sufficient justice to the grandeur and spectacular beauty of what we witnessed over the course of several hours. This is a place to which we simply have to return when the weather is warmer and we can hike for days.......

"Malpais" means "badlands", by the way.....
